I gave this a lot of thought and realized that, as a Realtor, I review on a daily basis what is new coming on the market as well as receive the first notices of price reductions and “hot deals”.  If I don’t specifically have a client I am working with at the moment that fits the criteria, there isn’t anything I can do with the information.

Then, I realized, I have you! You, who faithfully check back on my blog to see if I have added anything new.  I have to confess, I don’t add enough new stuff, and for that I apologize, but that is about to change!

Every week, I will place new links on my page so you can go to the newest listings available in the Puerto Vallarta, Riviera-Nayarit area.  I will have links for “Price Reductions”, “Hot Properties” and anything else I can think of which might be of interest to you.
