By Tere Kimball, Prudential California Realty-Vallarta Division Marilyn Newman was recently welcomed as an Associate member at A.M.P.I. Riviera-Nayarita (Mexican Real Estate Association). The Associate status is equivalent to that of a Broker. Marilyn confirmed that this move was purely to satisfy her continuous improvement and commitment to her career. She also mentioned that she has no intention of separating from the Sales Team at Prudential Vallarta, where she has been since 2008. Marilyn said, “This is a true honor. I realized it would be of greater service to become an Associate and be able to participate and assist our local real estate board, as well as Prudential Vallarta and my own clients”. The achievement of Associate with Mexico’s largest real estate association entails a combination of education and experience, as well as approval by the existing Associate members in the specific local real estate market. Recently, Marilyn also achieved her C.I.P.S. designation (Certified International Property Specialist) by NAR (National Association of Realtors) and has become part of this elite group of sales professionals and brokers world-wide. Marilyn adds, “I believe in being the best I can possibly be and to give the best every day”. It just makes sense. Wouldn’t you prefer to work with a professional who will do the most they can do for you? Marilyn looks forward to her continued success with Prudential Vallarta and helping her former, present and future clients with all of their real estate needs.
